Today's Playlist

Hey everyone! So I'm really busy right now revising and stuff but I thought I'd make a post for you with some of the songs I'm loving at the moment or have liked for a long time that I think people should listen to. I won't write all of them because then this post would probably be longer than necessary. I might make this a regular thing, where I post playlists every now and then.

So, on with the songs...

Paramore have been my favourite band since I was about ten years old. I literally can't go more than a day without listening to them. Anyway, the song 'Part II' is the second part to an earlier song called 'Let The Flames Begin' which they released in 2007 on their sophomore album Riot! and I love it so much. It makes me want to jump around and headbang a lot.

Another Paramore song, I know. 'Last Hope' was one of the songs off Paramore's new self-titled album that made me cry. I can just relate to it so much and whenever I'm feeling down or upset then I put it on and it reminds me that I can do what I set my mind to and I just gotta let it happen.

Gabrielle Aplin - Human (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EBuVX4GjRq0)

Gabrielle's debut album 'English Rain' came out earlier this month and it is literally perfect. I love all of the songs and knew I wanted to include at least one song on this list. I chose 'human' because it makes me think that someone might seem perfect and have it all but really that's not what matters. We're all flawed and are only human and I really really love this song.

Ed Sheeran - Little Bird (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YdOF_qYWx-s)

Ed Sheeran is someone who I was a little late to the party with. A lot of my friends started to like him when 'The A Team' was released, but I only started to really listen to him around June last year. I wish I would have started earlier but better late than never, right? This song I immediately liked and still love just as much.

The Milk Carton Kids - Michigan (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WEDnGAvjQXw)

I started listen to these guys recently when I heard one of their songs on 8tracks. They're insanely good and I think everyone should listen to this song if they want to.

Calvin Harris feat. Ellie Goulding - I Need Your Love (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jc3SXFuQl7o)

I'm not usually one for this kind of music but I like this song a lot. I'd make an exception for Ellie Goulding though. I like her music and have done for a while. It's kind of a feel-good song to me.
